We are incredibly grateful to Tracey Quality Building for rebuilding our home after the hurricane. Karen, Justin, Jason, and the entire team worked diligently to get us back into our house. Their professionalism and expertise in post-hurricane reconstruction were evident throughout the process. The quality of their work is excellent, and we truly love our new home. Our family is deeply thankful for their hard work and support. We highly recommend Tracey Quality Building.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a home in southern Florida. We didn’t think we could build a new home from our Georgia location. My husband found the pictures of this Tracey Quality Building, Inc. home on line. We had a trip planned to look at finished new homes and put this top on our list. We saw another more expensive home before coming into the Tracey Quality Building, Inc. home…When we walked around this property, we both felt we had come home!! The attention to details that other builders didn’t do was obvious! We bought the house in early November and finally completed our move at the end of December. We feel that we had this home built specifically for us from Tracey Quality Building, Inc. We highly recommend them for building your next home. We met Jason and Karen at our closing. They were very nice and came with all the information about their contractors, paint colors, etc. and all those questions you have. Then Jason followed us to our new home and gave us a personal tour. Great job!

Tracey Quality Building is currently constructing a home for my husband and me. We are extremely pleased with everything that has been done thus far on our build and are confident that the rest of the construction process will go the same way. Everyone connected with this company (from Jason Tracey, his office staff, the employees at the model home to all of Tracey Quality's subcontractors and vendors) has been very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This is a family-owned and run business with an excellent, long-standing reputation in the community. They take great pride in their work, and it shows! We would be happy to share our experience with anyone looking for a quality contractor to build their dream home. We highly recommend Tracey Quality Building!

Experience was less than acceptable they collected full payment from us us and the final work was not completed. The court awarded them the rest of the money cause we signed an affidavit in full trust they would have finished the build they did not and still got awarded the full payment I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS THIS TRACEY QUALITY BUILDER TO BUILD YOUR DREAM HOME BECAUSE THEY ARE FAR FROM IT!!! MR AND MRS OLIVERI WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TOO SHOW YOU THERE WORK!!!
