We had a water front lot on an ocean access canal for 30 years in Cape Coral just sitting. We decided now it was the time to build a vacation home for the family. So we started to investigate the best way to build. Our friend ,Derick Dean a realtor with Rushin Realty very knowledgeable with all the builders in the area highly recommended Sposen. The experience was great and stress free. Our contact was Chris Favreau throughout the entire building process and he went above and beyond. Making sure everything was done to perfection and kept us informed all throughout on timing of the project. We were fully informed of the progress. Everything worked out perfectly to our expectations. We had our final walkthrough with Chris and Jerry Robinson, both were professional giving us total satisfaction. The workmanship, the professionalism and knowledgeable staff of Sposen will give you a comfortable feeling of who you would like to build your next home.

Highly recommend!! Our home is finished and we couldn’t be happier!! Our overall experience was very positive, our GC Chris Favreau was great to work with and was always willing to give us some insight into how the process works.He was a fantastic help in getting us to the finish line… he is a true asset to the Sposen team. Jerry Robinson was also instrumental in making sure the final details were worked out… his positive attitude was so helpful! We can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work.

I would like to start by saying my experience with Sposen Signature Homes was a very good one. We first met with Jeremy one of the managing partners and Lisa the VP of operations in which both were very informative, polite, and willing to work with us the best they can to build a home of our dreams. Lisa is an asset to the company because of her ongoing dedication to the client and her willingness to help out in any way, shape or form. Getting into the construction part of it, Ray, our construction manager was on top of things, he kept good communication and also had willingness to work with whatever we needed help with. To end things, Jerry the delivery manager was incredible at the fact he did everything he possibly can to satisfy us as homeowners at the end of the build to make sure things were done properly and there were no complaints from our end. Overall, my experience with exposing was a very good one, and I would highly recommend them to build the home of your dreams because of their affordability, their commitment to pleasing the customer and their attention to detail on every aspect of construction.

We bought a Sposen built home that was brand new. We did our walk through with Jerry Robinson. We had a list of things that needed to be taken care of. One by one, Jerry took care of every item on our list as he a agreed to do. Everyone makes mistakes, but its how a company handles their mistakes that make them a great company. Jerry is an asset that Sposen homes should be grateful they have. He proved over and over again, when I stressed out about little things, it was completely unnecessary. Jerry, Thank you for all you do!!!

Finally moved into our new home built by Sposen, they were great to deal with. Wanted to express a real appreciation to Jerry Robinson for all his help with warranty issues that came up. He truly went above and beyond. He made sure contractors were out literally the next day to repair some small drywall damage. Jerry also came out his self to do the painting just so we didn’t have to wait. Jerry is really an asset to Sposen and a great guy to deal with.
