We contracted Richard and his team to do a complete overhaul of our 29-year old Bonita Springs Villa and couldn't be happier with the results. We gutted the place and replaced everything from plumbing, AC vents to electrical, windows, roof, and flooring. They tore out the shower, adjusted walls, windows, vents, and pretty much anything you can think of. They did it quickly, and the cost came in exactly where they said it would, and the workers were all kind and courteous to our neighbors and us. They cleaned up every day so you can pull up and not see a mess anywhere, anytime. They helped us work with "TRUSTED" material suppliers that sell quality and make sure it's to our liking. About ten weeks from start to finish and we went from tired and beat up to AWESOME! What impressed us is when they inspected all of the work their team did and pointed out flaws that needed to be addressed and fixed them without us seeing or knowing there were any issues. The pictures tell the story, and we couldn't be happier. To top it all off, they painted the inside of the garage, and it wasn't in the bid....who does that?

This is by far the most professional and highest quality builder I have ever worked with. They recently built for my family a Duplex in Cape Coral with the highest quality and materials possible. Everyone is easy to work with including all construction staff on site. I have had in my lifetime 4 new homes built and several others remodeled. Southwest Builders built our new home. Everyone who had a part in this large project were professional and dedicated to get the job completed to our satisfaction. Our contracting supervisor John, was on site for all of the construction and made sure all projects were being done in a timely and correct way. Tiana, Steve, John, Sherrie and of course Richard, built us our dream home and we will be forever grateful. Thank you Southwest Builders! John and Judy

Great company to work with. Always pays on time. If they do a great job taking care of there vendors, imagine the quality of service they give to their customers? Definitely recommended!
