We did not have a home built by Ramos, however they are currently building one on our neighborhood on Pune Island. If the way they keep their job site is any indication of their quality and work ethic, this is the builder you need! I have never seen a cleaner job site and we have had many houses built in our neighborhood in the past 4 years! So many builders leave trash and excess building materials all over their sites and you see trash from the workers blowing around the neighborhood. I want to thank Ramos for respecting the neighbors where they build, it is very appreciated!

I cannot recommend Ramos Builders enough. We were treated like family from the second we walked in the door by the entire Ramos team. They built us our absolute dream home and it turned out better than we ever could have imagined. They answered all of our many questions accurately and timely. Never were we pressured into choosing any options and their team had mountains of recommendations. The entire team is patient, honest, and truly caring. Our home was completed on budget and before the deadline. I would build with them again in a heartbeat. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Ramos Builders built our dream home in Cape Coral, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Ed, Nancy, and Evan are very experienced and capable, and they have high ethical and quality standards. As a customer, they are exactly what you would hope for in a builder. The Ramoses are all excellent communicators, and it is a pleasure interacting with them. They are great people. Ramos Builders has a variety of ready-to-go floorplans that you can choose from. We chose to draw up our own plans, and Ed worked with us to turn them into permittable plans with his preferred draftsman. Nancy then coordinated the materials selection process with us, giving us the freedom to locate items from virtually any vendor. Then Nancy managed all of the purchasing and installation of our custom selections. Evan managed the job site and coordinated the subcontractors, and he was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful home that the Ramoses built for us. If you are considering building a home in Cape Coral, don't hesitate to choose Ramos Builders - you'll be very happy that you did.

We cannot express how happy we are with our new home. From our very first meeting it was clear Ramos would be building our new home. We want to personally thank Ed for helping us through the design and pricing stage, Nancy for assisting us with our selections and especially Evan who guided the entire project. Evan was personally invested and made sure the entire building process was smooth and seamless. Evan put us at ease at every stage through his communications and constant involvement. When I think of our experience I think of character and quality. That's what you'll experience if you select Ramos Builders.
