We just moved into our new home and needed some remodeling completed. MC Building was our chosen contractor. They installed a new shower, new lighting fixtures, new bathroom fans and several other improvements, my list was long for work that needed to be completed. Chad was always on time with his team and worked tirelessly with professionalism meeting the timeline for completion and turn our new home into our sanctuary. Exceptional work we are extremely happy.

I work in property management and needed a contractor who was professional, organized, and truly took pride in their work. Finding MC Building was a blessing, and I could not have asked for a better experience. From responding quickly and coming out right away, to maintaining clear communication and consistent follow-up throughout the entire process, they were excellent at every step. The City of Cape Coral can be incredibly difficult and slow to work with, but MC Building handled that process for us and did everything possible to help move the timeline along. We will certainly work with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We recently worked with MC Building and Remodeling, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their team coordinated and took care of mold issues in our attic, and even went above and beyond to help us hire a spray foam insulation company and an AC contractor to completely redo our system. Chad took the time to perfectly drywall anything that needed to be done for the AC contractor. They truly cared about keeping our home healthy and making sure everything was done right. We’re so grateful for their kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout the whole process.

We’ve used MC Building and Remodeling before on a large project and now a smaller one and have always loved their work! This time, they patched drywall all across our ceiling and made it look completely brand new. Chad was able to build perfect in ceiling spots for our new speakers. They also figured out some tricky wiring and installed wall speakers that we weren’t sure how to handle ourselves. Always great working with them—reliable, skilled, and just easy to have around.
