We recently built our home with Lauren Homes. Working with Fred, Lauren and their staff was amazing. From day 1 they listen to your needs and wants. Planning and building went very well considering we did this from out of town. Weekly updates with pictures from Fernando. They are building quality (and strong homes,no damage after storms) . Standard items which are upgrades elsewhere. If your looking for a builder they are the best(family owned so they care)
Lauren Homes built our house in NFM, and I can't say enough about how much I love my house! The quality of materials, and the work is phenomenal! I wanted to leave a review after Hurricane Ian because our house withheld 150+mph wind and no damage besides inevitable things like the gutters and fence! Very happy that we choose Lauren Homes to build our home in NW Cape. We had no leakage anywhere! Fred and his crew reached out to us after to storm making sure we were OK and if we needed any work done. This shows you that Lauren Homes cares about his customers!
During hurricane Ian, our town was decimated. Contractors, materials, laborers were very hard to find. Lauren homes stepped up and helped many of my customers get their lives back together. His prices were fair. His promptness was impeccable. Fred handled each job with the care they deserved.
