We have now been enjoying our new home for 3 months now and couldn't be happier. The Hansen team ensured the entire process was enjoyable from design to construction to the final move-in. We wanted to make some minor modifications to our home and they were extremely helpful in that regard. The result was a home that truly meets our needs. The home was also completed well before other homes in my neighborhood that started up to a year sooner. Thank You to Anne, Cindy, Karla, Mary and the entire Hansen team.

They are so professional and helpful. I was moving from California to Cape Coral with my mother, wife and two dogs. Initially we wanted two hansen homes side by side. So mom could still have her independence and still be closely cared for by my brother, who already lives here in cape coral in his hansen home, or myself. Unfortunately we found it wasnt in our budget. And Hansen homes completely understood and helped us move forward with finding the right home for us. And no more than 72 hours after confirming the model home and the options we wanted, cindy hansen called me personally. Knowing we loved the idea of mom having her own home next door. She said she emailed me a rough draft of our same concrete foundation but the floor plan altered to have an ADU. It was the perfect alternative. It cost more than the standard floor plan, but far less than an additional mortgage. We couldn't believe hansen homes would offer this to us. And at the time of our home build hansen homes was not offering any ADU options. The house turned out great. Nice job and thank you again to Cindy and the team at hansen homes. I would recommend hansen homes again and again.

We're very happy with our new house. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful. We were renting a new, Hansen built house during Hurricane Ian. There was absolutely no damage to the house, not even a missing shingle. That gives us peace of mind for our own Hansen Homes house. Thanks!

Thank you Hansen Homes for my beautiful home! I want to leave a great review for this team as they put a lot of work behind the scenes. As challenging it can be to do a lot of things in life, I learned the process of building my first home and I cant thank the team enough for their effort & guidance. You will never have problems when your communication is correct and you understand what your signing. Be aware of what is being said and ask questions when needed and you will too have a great home build. Even with covid-19 and hurricane Ian. They still managed to keep moving forward and making a beautiful outcome. I highly recommend this company to anyone! And it is truly affordable compared to other competitors. Thank you again, cheers! I had the opportunity to meet with Cindy, the owner of Hansen Home Builders, and I really appreciated being able to speak directly with the person who runs the company. Cindy was professional, sincere, and clearly cares deeply about her clients. It was obvious from our first meeting that she runs her business with honesty and integrity. What impressed me most, beyond the homes themselves, was how much value Hansen Homes offers. Compared to other builders, they deliver more square footage and features for the price. You can tell they’ve put real thought into making their homes both spacious and livable. As part of my decision-making process, I did a ton of research. I read through Facebook groups, asked questions, and spoke with past clients and real estate agents who’ve worked with Hansen Homes. The feedback was consistently positive, and everyone praised their workmanship and customer service. Out of the six builders I met with, Hansen was firmly among my top picks. Although I ended up going with another builder, simply because I preferred a specific floorplan, it was not an easy decision. Hansen Homes made a very strong impression. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build in Cape Coral.
