All around great experience & personalized care, I would definitely recommend. 10/10 My home is beautiful!
The worst experience ever!!! Our home was built in 2020-21… forget about detail oriented people they have done!!! The lady who helped us pick cabinets and colors and walked around with a paper and pen writing down our wishes for cabinets and colors then she would call 2-4 days later asking us what color we had chosen again because she would lose her paper work I would imagine! Horrible experience all around ! The home we built up north with a company called LTS were on it !!!!! so yeah I compare the two companies and GROFF just ain’t it! PERIOD!
We recently bought a new home from Groff homes and could not be more thrilled with the outcome! Matt and his team were outstanding, the fit and finish on the home was luxury level and really checked all our boxes. They did not break the bank and the customer service was off the charts! We only had a few punch tickets items to fix after inspection, guess how long it took? Less than 48 hours and everything had been addressed !!! You would be doing yourself a serious disservice to not at least meet with them. Rock stars all around! Thank you Groff Homes! Josh
We had a very positive experience working with Groff Home Builders. From the beginning of the project through to completion, their responsiveness and communication stood out. In an industry where delays and miscommunication are unfortunately common, Matt and his team consistently kept us informed and involved. Throughout the build, we encountered several challenges outside anyone’s control—supply chain shortages, changes in vendors, and contractor scheduling shifts. However, we always received timely updates whenever something changed. Rather than leaving us guessing, they proactively reached out with explanations, revised timelines, and possible solutions. This transparency helped us stay confident in the process, even when things didn’t go exactly as planned. Any time we had a question or concern, they were quick to respond and willing to explain the situation clearly. We appreciated the level of professionalism and the consistent effort to keep things moving forward, even when juggling unforeseen issues. Overall, we’re very pleased not only with the final result of our home but also with how the process was managed. If you’re looking for a builder who communicates well, takes accountability, and keeps you updated every step of the way, we would definitely recommend them!
