I had a terrible experience with Go Mulch specifically this location. Matt, the manager, displayed extremely poor customer service and was completely unprofessional throughout the interaction. Not only was there a lack of respect toward customers, but the way employees are treated is also concerning. A manager should know how to communicate professionally, handle situations calmly, and represent the company properly, and unfortunately that was not the experience here. Matt does not seem suited for a management position or responsible for leading employees. After this experience, I would like to speak with HR regarding the situation and the overall treatment I witnessed. Very disappointed with this company and the way issues are handled.
If you're looking for a good place with a great price on topsoil with all the nutrients added, this is the place to go. They also have a variety of small stones, if this is what you're looking for. The store also sells certain items by bulk or in bags. The shop is near Pine Island and Nicholas Pkwy. They will even load the bags into your vehicle! We will visit this establishment again.
So I have been using this business since 2019 to dump horticulture waste. I dumped not even 2 yards however they measured the trailer and charged me 3.5 yards because "that's what corporate told me" was the excuse. If it wasn't a necessity to empty my trailer today I would have gone somewhere else. I don't think I'll use GoMulch again. This is unfortunate.
Good product, fair price, terrible service. I've tried over 10 times to get a receipt from them. Someone finally answered the phone yesterday (can't leave voicemail because it's full) and took my email and said he'd send it right over. Still didn't have it this morning. Called several different times today with no answer. No ability to leave a voicemail due to the full voicemail box.
Good people, good products, good price. I got the chance to do my own paiver, by buying the crust shell there.
