Most builders have reviews that say "don't do warranty work", but not this one. These guys DO do warranty work. Immediately when you report it. I have nothing bad to say about Gabisa Construction. It's been amazing working with them! I highly recommend buying a home from them. The homes are built with care and aftercare is phenomenal!
I have nothing but good to say about Gabisa Construction! Alex is a man of his word who goes above and beyond! Everything found during the home inspection and then some just to make us even happier was done before closing and anything we’ve found since then or we’ve even had a question about has been answered or fixed/replaced/dealt with immediately the day it was reported. Even after the hurricane Alex sent someone out to the house the very next morning! I hear horror stories about trying to get warranty work done with other builders and feel so fortunate to have a stand-up guy like Alex who not only builds an amazing, quality home with attention to detail but actually stands behind it as well! I highly recommend Gabisa Construction and can’t say enough good about them!
