Do not trust the design team’s measurements and renderings without double and triple checking. The product itself would look great if properly installed (which it was not). We contracted First Impression to supply and install kitchen and bathroom cabinets after hurricane Ian, and we regret doing so. While the staff was friendly for the most part, the “design team” rushed through a single on-site visit and made assumptions without explaining things clearly. The measurements they provided were not correct, and it resulted in plenty of lost cabinet space on our project. Not for nothing, had we not double-checked they would have ordered the wrong cabinet face design had we not caught it last minute. Their installers rushed through installing not only the cabinets, but also the cabinet hardware leaving most of the cabinet pulls at a very noticeable angle like they were just eyeballing it to get out the door as quickly as possible. Don’t expect much sympathy from the owner, Edi, who will promise to make everything right and rush through the final walkthrough to ensure he is paid before his install team rushes out the door with an offensive lack of attention to detail. Photos to follow (as other reviewers have noted similar disappointment). Do yourself a favor and find ANY other company for your cabinet needs - 1 star service, design, and customer service. Only giving 2 stars because the cabinet quality itself is as expected. This company is nowhere even close to worth the price we paid. Over-promised, and under-delivered.
We had 2,000 sq ft of tile removed and replaced along with completely updating 2 bathrooms in our 20-year-old Condo. All steps of the project were competed on time or sooner. The Craftsmanship was excellent. Thanks to Edi and his staff!

We highly recommend Edi and his team at First Impression Kitchens. We recently renovated our house off Mcgregor and they did a great job. Everything from the early design phase to layout recommendations and updates to final finish work was handled professionally and with great quality. They are very easy to work with, any changes or updates were handled very well. Highly recommended!
