Finest Touch were rather prompt in getting back to me with any questions that I had. They were very courteous and professional. We had pretty good communication throughout the duration of the job. I'm in a different State from where the job is being done. They kept me informed of the progress. I will use them again in the future, and highly recommend.

ABSOLUTE AWFUL WORK!!! They've come to do ceiling repairs in my home and made it worse! I could tell that the man trying to do the work tried his best, but despite the actual owner knowing he wasn't skilled enough, even coming to help him one of the 3-4 times, the owner allowed the same person to return BY HIMSELF and not do good work again! How could you as an owner know your employee isn't fully skilled and allow him to "fix" work UNSUPERVISED!! It speaks volumes to the integrity of this company! Our home was a quick dollar and the work was awful! After a total of 4 times of fixing and refixing the SAME areas of course they are no longer welcome due to the OVERWHELMING INCOMPETENCE and REPEATED INCONVENIENCES!! We even emailed about it and shocking...they did not respond! Awful company! Incompetence and ZERO integrity!!! AVOID if you are not trying to make your home look WORSE!! These pictures don't do the justice of showing how awful it is! And oh...they said it was just "shadows". I guess shadows have texture now!!!
Joyken & his team did an amazing job. They are very pleasant people and they listened to exactly what I wanted & were very detailed oriented throughout the entire build. They projected 2 weeks to complete a very large Ent Center and completed it on time. It was a pleasure working with them & I highly recommend putting your trust in them.
