Great Experience so far! I also work in the construction industry and have first hand experience with the hardships in sourcing materials and scheduling in these unique times. I am very pleased and impressed with their communication and timeliness thus far. My slab was poured yesterday, as scheduled. Block is on site and they are already about to put up exterior walls. Lou was very knowledgeable and helpful in the shopping/purchasing process. Joe is very responsive regarding status updates on the work completed and what is to come. FBC (their recommended mortgage lender) has been very responsive and easy to work with so far. I am looking forward to completion of my home and foresee the rest of the construction process to continue smoothly.

My original review was 1 star because of how long they took to build the home, two years later my punch list is finally being handled, unfortunately it has caused large amounts of mold growth because of the original work being done improperly. The reason for my 3 star review and not the 1 star is because of the communication and handling of repairs. I don’t know if she is new to the company but Krystin has been a blessing to work with. Her communication is phenomenal, she works really well with handling the problem. Thank you Krystin, Holiday did right by bringing you into the team.

I waited one year to write this review: I wanted to share my experience with Holiday Builders homes. As an interior designer in the home industry, I carefully reviewed all the builders in the area, and I have to say, Holiday Builders really stood out. Their layouts perfectly matched what I was looking for in a home. The attention to detail and the amount of storage and room sizes they offered were exactly what I needed. Now, I have to admit, it was a bit of a challenge moving into our new home amidst the supply shortages we all faced. It took almost 2 years for our family to finally settle in. But hey, we weren't alone in this struggle, right? Being in the design industry, I faced similar issues with furniture for my clients. Despite the initial difficulties, I have to commend the Holiday Builders team for their responsiveness and prompt handling of any issues we had. After a year, they took care of everything on our list. I am genuinely happy with our home, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holiday Builders to our loved ones. Thank you to your team!🏡💕
