Updated 7/2026. I'm in my beautiful new home! After researching dozens of Cape Coral builders, I narrowed my list down to six companies and conducted even more extensive research into each one. I contacted multiple people who had previously built homes with these builders. Many homeowners were generous with their time and willing to provide honest, detailed opinions about their experiences. Several people even invited me into their homes so I could personally examine the workmanship, finishes, layouts, and overall quality of construction. Those conversations and home visits were extremely valuable. I learned which builders communicated well, which ones stayed close to their original pricing, which ones delivered quality workmanship, and which ones caused frustration or unexpected problems. After completing that research, I narrowed the six builders down to three finalists. I compared those three companies in multiple categories, including price, construction quality, floor-plan design, included features, upgrade costs, communication, reputation, and overall value for the money. Bahnam Builders ultimately won out in all the categories that were most important to me. They offered excellent floor plans, impressive construction quality, competitive pricing, and what I believed was the best overall value for the price. Just as importantly, the feedback I received from previous Bahnam clients gave me confidence that the company would communicate clearly and stand behind its work. I signed my contract with Bahnam in May 2025 and moved into my completed home in May 2026. From beginning to end, the process was extremely smooth. Communication throughout the project was excellent. I was kept informed, my questions were answered, and I always felt that I understood where the project stood and what the next steps would be. The final price was exactly what I had been told it would be. There were no surprise increases or unexplained additional charges. The only increases in cost were for decisions I personally made when I requested changes, upgrades, or additional features beyond the original agreement. That level of pricing transparency was very important to me and was one of the most positive aspects of the experience. The quality of the completed home is exceptional. The workmanship, finishes, layout, and overall construction exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with the home and could not be more pleased with the final result. What impressed me just as much as the construction process is the way Bahnam has treated me after the home was completed. The final payment had already been made, yet the Bahnam project manager and owners have continued to be attentive and responsive to my needs. They have remained involved in helping me address the minor issues that naturally came up after moving into a newly constructed home. That says a great deal about the character of the company. It is relatively easy for a builder to be attentive while payments are still due. The true test is how the builder responds after the project is completed and the final payment has been received. Bahnam has continued to communicate with me, respond to my concerns, and help resolve minor items after I moved in. My experience with Bahnam was exceptional from the initial contract through construction, closing, move-in, and post-construction follow-up. After the amount of research, I completed and after hearing so many difficult stories involving other builders, I feel very fortunate that I chose Bahnam. I could not be happier with my new home. Bahnam delivered excellent quality, strong communication, transparent pricing, attractive floor plans, and outstanding value. Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend Bahnam to anyone considering building a new home in Cape Coral. Going forward, I would be happy to assist anyone that is currently in my situation one year ago choosing their builder with my honest opinion and showing my new home to them.

I met Bahnam Builders because of a bad building experience with another builder who will remain nameless. It was so bad that I was in the process of terminating my contract. Ava and Alan were honest with me about my situation. I loved them so much that I began working with them. The lesson in all this is that if you don't do your research, then you may end up with a horrible building experience. One thing I can say aboit Bahnam Builders is that they have integrity, build Quality homes and they give back to the community. It is safe to say that Bahnam doesn't just build homes but they believe in building communities. Thank you Bahnam Builders for welcoming me into your family!
